Don't know what it is exactly, but something about this shot strikes me as rather humorous.

I found it a bit humous myself. I had been on the other side of the field when I saw them starting to sit down and worked my way around to capture it. As officials/refs at many sporting events run out of site or cover up there stripes at half time so they don't stand out, it just struck me a bit funny to see them just kind of laid back relaxing on the bench together.
