Photo Friday - The Machine

My first reaction on seeing this photograph was 'what the heck is that?'
I did realize that it is some sort of machine, but I didn't have any clue about its functionality until I read the caption. This kind of machinery makes you humble, because when you look at it, you don't have any idea what buttons you can push without breaking or what button's you should press if you want something particular to happen.
