Photo Friday - Tthe Great Outdoors has reeked havoc on some river communities lately.

Here a dog walks by sandbags put up to help protect some of the park area at the Carl R. Noren Access in Jefferson City, MO. There is plenty of the access area under water on the other side of the sandbags, but all in all, we faired better than we could have.
